About me

I have been working since 2006 and took my job in IT industry in 2009. 5-years experience in IT Support, currently working as an IT administrator in one of the biggest manufacturing companies in the region. I am providing an it support for both internal users and external customers.

In 2022 I decided to consolidate my skills and began Computer Science studies at National Louis University in Nowy Sącz.

I am a fast learner, I take my responsibilities seriously, I have good communication skills, I know how to work in a team and I handle work preasure easily. Those are just few of my qualities.

I try to balance my free time beetween my family and study. I constantly try to broaden my knowledge. I am particullary interested in sql, c++, cybersecurity, etc. IT is my passion.

My responsibilities

I provide a wide variety of it support (software, hardware) to both internal users and external contractors. In order to resolve the issue I contact user (phone or face-to-face) identify the cause and either solve it ad-hock or assigne to other resolving team.

I cooperate with a variety of different resolving teams(programmers, network administrators, infrastructure administrators, on-sight, etc) to find the best sollution for reported issues.

I use Jira sofware to record and redirect the reported issues. As one of jira administrators, I am resposible for the creation of jira raports.

Systems administration (AD [users, groups, computers, gpo , file resources], Oauth [rights and roles], Office365 [licenses/software management], Exchange [mailboxes management], Jira, IT Manager, Impulse, Proget MDM, proprietary software).

End-user hardware and software support, troubleshooting on end devices [Windows]

Configuration and deployment of PCs Laptops, mobile devices. Software installation and configuration. Installation, configuration, administration and deplyement of printers.

Oracle database reporting.

Management of knowledge database in Confluence (creation and edition of e-learning articles).

Software analysis and testing.

Preparation and conduct of trainings for both company users and external customers.

Configuration and management of mobile devices.
